Viskaforskliniken is seeking a specialist physician in general medicine who is passionate about the future of primary care!

Information about the workplace

Viskaforskliniken opened in 2016 and is a well-established and family-friendly health center with a strong patient focus.

We have approximately 5300 registered patients and about 15 employees working with high quality and continuity. The health center offers district nurse consultations, physician consultations, and child healthcare.

The health center is located in modern premises 15 minutes from Borås. Good transport links and free parking. In the same building, there is also a pharmacy, dental care, and podiatry. Viskaforskliniken is operated under Praktikertjänst, which means that decision-making paths are short, and as an employee, you have great benefits.

Job Responsibilities

Regular duties as a general specialist at the health center.

You will have scheduled consultations with booked patients as well as acute patients. Home healthcare and special accommodations are also part of the assignment. Supervising junior doctors may also occur.

We value collaboration between different professional groups, and we expect you to become a part of that work.

Qualifications

You are a specialist in general medicine with the authority to practice within the Swedish healthcare system.

Fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

The position is full-time, but we are open to discussions regarding the degree of employment.
